We always start with ‘Why?’
We work with people we enjoy and respect. We do our best work when we know you and your goals.
We believe everyone can transform the world in some way. Let us help you live out your passion.
Our Philosophy At Bloom
Have your cake…but make dinner too!
At Bloom, we believe a communications strategy is more like making dinner than baking a cake. It is OK to add a new spice or choose a seasonal ingredient for your recipe. On the flip side, if you add an extra teaspoon of baking soda to your cake, you probably aren’t eating dessert tonight. Decide what end result you are craving, and let the fun begin!
Select your ingredients.
Season your communications plan like a recipe — creatively and differently depending on your budget, audience and desired result. Shop for ingredients of communication that you enjoy… If you are allergic to chocolate (no time to blog), don’t cook with it. If you like your food a little spicy, kick it up a notch (go all in on social media #tbt #selfiesaturday #motivationmonday).
After working together to select ingredients and design your master recipe, let’s prepare the food and throw a party! The ingredients in your recipe (newsletters, solicitations, social media, website content) share your story with all your guests (board members, customers, staff, donors, volunteers). Our “cooking classes” train you to use your ingredients effectively and efficiently so dinner is a breeze… night after night!
